Do you have a difficulty visualizing a basic elevation? We can draw it in 3D bringing it to real life. We can also produce stunning interior views to figure out what looks great, and (in my experience) gets you really enthused to get the project done!
Sometimes you need a simple set of drawings for decks and backyard sheds in order to obtain a building permit.
What is the process and what does it take to get a Basic set of working drawings?
STEP#1 PRELIMINARY PLANS: You get a floor plan with accurate measurements and a front elevation. More elevations available for an extra charge. This has a set rate of $500.00 based on 6hrs of design time and 2hrs of consulting.
STEP #2 Review plans and make changes.
STEP #3 WORKING DRAWINGS: Each set consists of: Cover page, foundation plan, main floor plan, second floor plan (if applicable), elevations, basement development (if applicable), cross sections, suggested electrical.
These will be used by the different trades during construction, and can be used to obtain building permits where required.
You get 6 sets drawn on 18X24. (other sizes available upon request)
